Yesterday was Picture Day for Miss AuBrynne.
I made her this dress and sweater set for the occasion.
The sweater has the cutest sleeves - Ruffles.
I think I might have to make one for myself. And for gramma. And for the aunts...
The bodice on the dress is done to make use of the curling nature of knit fabrics.
With little "peek-a-boo" crystals. It turned out really cute!
A couple of weeks ago I did a linky party that was really fun!
I got to see all of the creativeness of all you fabulous crafters out there!
So, I think that we should do it again!
Let's see if we can make it even bigger and better while we are at it.
Link up any of your crafty handy-work. It doesn't have to be something you have made this week or this month. It can be your favorite craft or sewing project or diy.
I am going to leave this one open for a week, so if you don't have something to link up just yet, start one today and link it up before next Thursday.
Just makes sure to grab a button (below) and place it somewhere in your post OR on your blog; and Remember to share the comment-love with some of the other crafters linking up to the party!
SO . . . Get Linking!
-So we can party!

ReplyDeleteThanks for inviting me. I'm so glad you did! I am loving your blog!!! I love the ruffles on the sweater. I never thought to do the curling like on the dress bodice. I will be doing that real soon.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress, especially the ruffles and crystals! Thanks for inviting me to link up my sweater dress. Now I'm your 100th follower!

ReplyDeleteThanks for your sweet comment on my mason jar soap dispenser - of course I'll add my link to your party! And I have to say, you have some MAD sewing skills - these outfits on your daughter are ADORABLE!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment on my blog and the link. I did it. Your daughter is so cute. It reminds me of the days when I was growing up my mom made all my clothes. I didn't buy a store bought dress until I was in college. Your daughter will always remember all the love and time you put in to making her clothes.
ReplyDeleteIt is a really cute sweater - the hole outfit is adorable.
ReplyDeleteThanks for checking out my Faux Feather dollar store wreath and inviting me to your party.

Thanks for the invite to join the party. I added my pumpkin, and I also added a blessing gown I made.
ReplyDeleteI love the dress. It makes me wish I still have a little girl and not one who had to go and move out and be all grown up.

ReplyDeleteWow! So cute! Nice work. I really, really love the ruffle sleeves.
ReplyDeleteI'm usually a lurker, but I have to say, this is one of those dresses that if I saw it at Baby Gap or Gymboree I would totally cave and spend the $4,000 I'm sure they would ask for it! I MUST have this for my daughter!
