You all are in for a treat today!
Today a sweet young fire-cracker named Tessa from Totally Tessa is guest posting for me!
I would trade wardrobes with this young lady in a heart beat!
But she would get the raw end of the deal!
Tessa has an amazing sense of style and will make a fabulous stylist or designer or fashion editor one day!
So hop over and say Hi to Tessa for me!
Hey What Allie's Making Now readers!
I am so excited to be guest posting for Allie today. I love how Allie is always making cute little outfits for her spunky little girl, so I thought it was very appropriate to share something my mom made for me!
If you haven't guessed, my mom made the skirt. Guess what she made it out of it?! .......A man's large J.crew sweater! Crazy, I know and I absolutely love it. I had been needing some new winter skirts and my mom solved that problem in one afternoon. Doesn't it look like something you would find at Anthropologie for an insane amount of money? Well I feel like we robbed society because this skirt only cost $7! Which just makes me love it even more.
Excuse me for being so rude and not introducing myself first! Forgive me.
My name is Tessa and I blog at Totally Tessa which I started this past spring. I am a senior in high school who is in the middle of deciding where she wants to go to college. Ever since starting my blog my personal style has grown so stinkin' much, it's crazy. My favorite part of the day is when I get dressed in the morning because I LOVE putting outfits together and letting my creative juices flow. I dream of going to fashion school and landing a job at a fabulous fashion magazine and styling photo-shoots. I start to hyperventilate just thinking about it because this has been my one and only dream my whole life. I am just so excited to get started on working towards my life goal.
I hope you'll visit me at Totally Tessa. I look forward to meeting you!
AND thank you Allie for inviting me over to your little corner of the blogging world! I had a blast.
PS - if you'd like to see how my mom made my skirt pay her a visit at Your Homebased Mom.
